Job Description Overview The OnBase Developer will perform senior‐level software development, configuration, support and testing for the OnBase platform in a remote work environment. This role supports enterprise document management initiatives and will work closely with business users, technical teams and vendor resources to enhance, automate and optimize document workflows and integrations.

Responsibilities Provide programming and development support to extend and enhance the functionality of the OnBase platform. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks and scripted job aids. Develop and maintain APIs , integrations and interfaces between multiple enterprise systems.

Peer review, test, and validate new or updated programmatic functionality to ensure visual accuracy and functional quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements and rules and translate them into actionable technical solutions or user stories. Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools and approaches to improve efficiency and system capabilities.

Work closely with internal teams and external vendor resources to diagnose and resolve technical issues down to the root cause. Implement system enhancements, configuration changes and optimizations within the OnBase environment. Develop, configure and maintain workflow solutions, automation processes and document management features in OnBase.

Coordinate departmental change requests from initial business analysis through configuration and implementation. Create training materials and provide documentation to support newly implemented workflows or system enhancements. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.

3+ years of experience in OnBase development, configuration and workflow management. Technical Skills Proficiency in OnBase workflow , WorkView, configuration and automation tools. Experience developing APIs , integrations and system connectors.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across OnBase components and integration points. Business Skills Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into automated technical solutions. Experience gathering requirements, documenting system changes and supporting end-users.

Ability to create training materials for new workflows and enhancements. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem‐solving, analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams. Detail‐oriented, organized and quality‐focused. Preferred Qualifications OnBase/Hyland certifications.
