Position Overview

Strategic Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Power Apps Deployment Specialist to support a judiciary-focused digital transformation initiative. The selected consultant will help package, document, and deploy an Operational Plan Tracking Application built using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
The application was developed to automate the tracking and management of strategic and operational initiatives using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and intranet technologies. The goal of this engagement is to create a portable, shareable deployment package and comprehensive documentation that can be distributed for use by judicial organizations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a deployable and shareable application package for use by other judicial jurisdictions and entities.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals for the solution and Operations Plan process.
  • Document installation, deployment, configuration, administration, and ongoing support procedures.
  • Leverage existing Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Evaluate the current solution and recommend enhancements or improvements where necessary.
  • Produce high-quality written deliverables, including technical, visual, and operational documentation.
  • Support application deployment and packetization efforts.
  • Access judiciary systems securely through VPN using contractor-provided equipment.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with:
    • Microsoft Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power BI
    • SharePoint
  • Web development/publishing technologies
  • Experience with application deployment and packetization.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret development requirements and create pseudocode and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of application development best practices, UX principles, and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
Preferred Certifications

Candidates with the following Microsoft certifications are highly preferred:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified (MS-102, MS-900)
  • Microsoft Power BI Certified (PL-300)
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-100, PL-400, PL-500, PL-600, PL-900)
