Empowered Essence Counseling Center is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide compassionate mental health care through telehealth services to a diverse client base, including adults, children, and families. As a fully remote organization, Empowered Essence Counseling Center utilizes telehealth platforms to deliver services. • Manage a caseload of clients by building strong therapeutic relationships and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, review upcoming appointments, and determine discharge when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine the best course of action.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, providing support and guidance as clients navigate their mental health journeys.
• Engage in ongoing supervision to enhance clinical skills and address challenges in practice.
• Collaborate effectively with a network of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Embrace a growth mindset and pursue continuous professional development in all aspects of your work.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse outpatient population seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, family issues, and life transitions. By fostering a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment, you will help clients achieve meaningful change and improve their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with technology, including experience with software such as Outlook, Excel, RMS systems, and PIMSY.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and developing initial treatment plans.

• Attractive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually based on experience and productivity.
