• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide consultation to care teams concerning the development of pre-crisis strategies, crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Implement evidence-based screening tools to effectively identify client needs and measure progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute positive behavior support plans aimed at improving client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing participation in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of services provided.
• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to enhance client support and resource access.
• Facilitate open lines of communication with stakeholders to advance the agency's mission and comply with contract standards.
• Network with local, state, and federal agencies to secure partnerships and funding opportunities that bolster our service offerings.
• Commit to professional development through participation in state and national conferences, workshops, and relevant task forces.
• Embody and promote the agency’s values, philosophy, and mission during interactions with clients and community partners.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational excellence.

As an LCSW at Retreat Behavioral Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population including individuals struggling with mental illness, addiction, trauma, and personal challenges. Your role will directly impact client pathways to recovery, providing them with the tools and resources they need to thrive. You will foster a safe space where clients can openly discuss their struggles, thereby allowing for tailored interventions that promote healing and personal growth.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Two years of supervised clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• Current state licensure in good standing with the licensing board.

• Experience in community health settings or with populations impacted by systemic barriers.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and their application in clinical practice.
• Knowledge of local resources and advocacy strategies for mental health and social services.
