• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health status and individual needs, utilizing the DSM-5 framework for accurate diagnosis.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to address an array of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Create tailored treatment plans that include clearly defined goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and treatment objectives.
• Provide crisis intervention services to assist clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate safety and support.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and community resources to foster knowledge and independence.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment notes and progress reports, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards.
• Adhere strictly to ethical practices in all client interactions, ensuring informed consent and maintaining confidentiality throughout the therapeutic process.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive care that supports the whole person.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by seeking out training opportunities and participating in supervision and peer reviews to enhance clinical skills.

This position focuses on a diverse clientele, which encompasses all age groups including children, adolescents, adults, and families. • A minimum of a master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Proven clinical experience in individual and group therapy settings.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
• Strong ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
• Commitment to understanding and respecting clients' diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Experience in working with a variety of psychological diagnoses, particularly in a community health clinic setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques for delivering virtual therapy.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based interventions.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 - 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
