Associate National Account Manager (ANAM) THD

The Associate National Account Manager (ANAM) THD supports the execution, growth, and day-to-day management of the THD account within the Kwikset Mechanical and Kwikset Electronic product portfolios. This role is responsible for driving in-store execution, managing item-level and programmatic initiatives, supporting line reviews and promotions, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence across the account.

The ANAM plays a critical role in translating account strategy into execution by supporting forecasting, analyzing reporting, coordinating resets and projects, and maintaining strong working relationships with THD merchants, field teams, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, and experienced working with THD systems, processes, and retail environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • 40%: Support Sr. NAM and partner with THD Merchant team in managing account strategies while supporting line reviews and category initiatives through data analysis, presentation development, and follow-up execution
  • 30%: Leading and coordinating in-store projects, resets, and merchandising initiatives, ensuring flawless execution through internal and external collaboration. Track timelines, deliverables, and post-execution performance
  • 30%: Analyze THD and internal sales data to create business recaps, support demand planning and promotional forecasting, identify growth opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams while supporting internal and external business review presentations

Education and Experience Profile

  • Remo or related field required
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting or managing a national retail account; THD experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of THD corporate structure, systems, and in-store execution model
  • Experience supporting line reviews, assortments, resets, or large retail programs preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and POS data
  • Experience with THD systems and tools (VendorDrill, IDM, MLX, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented

Work Environment:

Remote Atlanta, GA

Travel to THD meetings, store walks, line reviews, and internal planning sessions (~25 30%)

Regular interaction with THD merchants, field teams, and internal cross-functional partners
