• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions to adult patients, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
• Document each session meticulously to ensure compliance with organizational standards and to facilitate continuity of care.
• Utilize our telehealth platform to conduct patient assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations.
• Collaborate with a network of health professionals within the organization to share insights and enhance treatment approaches.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development to refine your therapeutic skills and stay current on mental health trends and methodologies.
• Manage patient schedules independently, taking advantage of provided marketing and administrative support to focus on delivering high-quality therapy.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse adult population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and trauma-related concerns. • A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
• A valid and active license in one of the following areas: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adult patients.
• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for accurate documentation and effective client interaction.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment, demonstrating adaptability to virtual counseling formats.
• Training in additional therapeutic techniques or specialized treatment areas (e.g., trauma-informed care, mindfulness practices).
• Familiarity with mental health software applications for electronic health records and scheduling.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, accompanied by an attractive sign-on bonus of up to USD 1,000.
