This is a remote position that allows you to work from Anacortes, Washington, or anywhere in the state. • Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, ensuring they receive the mentorship required to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices that cater to the specific needs and goals of clients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and engage community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans that address clients’ multifaceted needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records, adhering to ethical standards and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date.
• Conduct ongoing research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in therapy techniques to continually refine your practice and enhance client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, ranging from children to adults, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. • A Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
