Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly therapy sessions via secure live video to individual clients, maintaining a focus on evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Collaborate with other psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and continuous monitoring tools to gauge client progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Receive ongoing support and engage in consultation with team members to enhance client care and address complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve adult clients, many of whom may be facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their path to recovery and establish healthier coping mechanisms. Your empathy and warmth will facilitate a safe space where clients can openly discuss their challenges and commitments to personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of an active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential for this role.
• Proficient in the use of technology, particularly tools such as Google Suite and EHR systems, to ensure smooth operations during therapy sessions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with clients through virtual platforms.
• Professional and polished presentation, demonstrating respect for client confidentiality and therapeutic boundaries.

Preferred Experience

• 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly through telehealth methods.
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A willingness to engage in training and adoption of our evidence-based treatment frameworks, referred to as our care pathways, to promote consistency and effectiveness in care delivery.
• A comfort level in creating a confidential, distraction-free environment in a home office setting, with reliable internet connectivity.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
