Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, demonstrating empathy and ethical standards throughout the therapeutic process.
• Utilize a solution-based treatment modality to effectively address client needs and facilitate improvements in their emotional well-being.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that target the unique challenges and goals of each client, while providing continuous assessment and adjustments as needed.
• Guide clients in exploring their feelings, thought patterns, and relational dynamics, fostering greater self-awareness and therapeutic insight.
