6 Month Contract to Hire

100% Remote (in the US)


We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client’s fast-paced PMO. This role will lead complex, cross-functional projects that deliver technology solutions supporting Health/Wellness programs, with a strong emphasis on Web SDLC, IoT, and Web application development.


You will manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through delivery, while ensuring adherence to SDLC, quality gates, risk management, and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects spanning multiple business units, managing scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Business Owners, Clinical, and Engineering teams to deliver healthcare-focused solutions, including patient-facing tools and operational systems.
  • Support the implementation and scaling of AI/ML capabilities in healthcare workflows while maintaining responsible data governance and regulatory alignment.
  • Facilitate operational readiness, change management, and user adoption to ensure successful implementation and business outcomes.
  • Provide clear status reporting on milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to executive sponsors and leadership.
  • Contribute to PMO process improvement, methodology development, and best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project management experience in technology, application development, or product delivery.
  • Strong background in SDLC, mobile apps, digital health, or regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading compliance-driven initiatives and partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application.
  • PMI Certification (PMP) and Agile certification.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, agile environment and can manage multiple priorities.
