The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU)is looking for a Project Manager for the Employer Partnership Team. You will ensure the accurate execution of partnership projects, managing workflows, and maintaining operational continuity across the division. You will report to the Strategic Partnership Operations Lead. You will be the primary point of coordination between our teams, systems, and employer partners - keeping complex, multi-track workstreams running smoothly.

What you'll do:
  • Project Execution and Tracking: You willmanage partnership projects from initiation through completion. Monitor progress against goals and benchmarks, lead project communications, analyze data, and sustain momentum across all active workstreams, balancing long-term projects with time-sensitive demands.
  • Partnership Launch Support: You will support the Partnership Operations Lead in the coordination of new employer partnership launches. You will assist with development workflows, technology integration, and enrollment operations setup to guarantee a smooth and accurate onboarding experience for each new partner.
  • Operational Issue Coordination: Help manage operational issues related to employer partnerships, including systems and technology concerns, partner escalations, and reporting issues. Coordinate issue resolution efforts, track progress, facilitate communication among partners, and help troubleshoot daily operational challenges under the direction of partnership leadership.
  • Process Improvement Support: Partner with leadership to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and operational challenges across the Employer Partnerships division. Help evaluate current workflows, developing recommendations, implementing process improvements, and documenting new procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and support division goals.
  • Systems and Technology Support: Serve as an important project resource for systems and technology programs that support employer partnerships. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on the implementation, testing, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of technologies that improve partnership operations while supporting leadership in prioritization and decision-making.
  • Reporting and Analytics Coordination: Support reporting and analytics efforts related to employer partnerships by coordinating report requests, validating data, and assisting in the production and distribution of recurring reports for Employer Partnerships, internal university partners, and employer partners.
  • Meeting and Communications Support: You willsupport division leadership in developing agendas, meeting minutes, and materials that promote division priorities. Research and coordinate presentations, and facilitate communication between leadership and all partners.
  • CRM Administration and Sales Operations: You willmanage sales operations within the division's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of partner accounts, pipeline activity, and engagement history. You will be the operational owner of CRM hygiene and process standards, supporting the partnership team in maintaining reliable data and workflows across the employer partner lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: You will work with teams across SNHU, including IT, Student Accounts, and other operational units. You will coordinate project execution, resolve issues, and ensure agreement on processes and deliverables that support the Employer Partnerships division.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in higher education operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Professional Certification(s): PMP or similar certification (e.g. CAPM, ITIL 4, CSP)
  • Experience with project management tools and systems, CRM systems, Microsoft tools, and collaboration with IT on systems integration.
  • Experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior leaders, managing competing partner priorities, and promoting understanding on strategic programs.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-track projects while balancing strategic plans and daily operations. (Road Map)
  • Proficient in analyzing data, generating insights, and delivering reports that inform strategy and operational decisions.
  • Experience managing communication and aligning teams in matrixed organizational environments.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $70,729.00 - $113,188.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $78,155.00 - $105,739.00.
