What is a Remote PMO Director?

A Remote PMO (Project Management Office) Director is a senior leader responsible for overseeing the governance, processes, and standards of project management within an organization, while working remotely. They manage project portfolios, ensure alignment with business objectives, and support project managers in delivering successful outcomes.
