The work setting for this position is entirely remote, providing flexibility while ensuring you remain connected to our collaborative team. While your primary work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening and weekend shifts will be required to accommodate our clients' needs, offering you the opportunity to develop your professional skills in various settings.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients experiencing mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar disorder, assessing the severity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring these plans are tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and personal goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver impactful interventions.
• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster a deeper understanding and promote positive outcomes.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress throughout the treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to enhance their recovery process.
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated, comprehensive care for our clients.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance your therapeutic approach.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and quality care.
• Engage in team meetings and professional development activities aimed at enhancing clinical skills and staying current with mood disorder best practices.
• Actively advocate for clients, striving to reduce the stigma surrounding mood disorders and promote mental health awareness.

The primary focus of this role is on individuals grappling with various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. We cater to a diverse clientele with unique backgrounds and challenges, making cultural competence and empathy paramount in service delivery.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapy techniques, particularly in addressing mood disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specifically in the treatment of mood disorders.
• Familiarity with psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists for a holistic treatment approach.
• A documented history of achieving favorable outcomes in client treatment and satisfaction.
