Unified Care NW is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in Battle Ground, Washington, on a full-time basis. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional focus on client care. • Conduct thorough intake interviews and assessments, gathering psycho-social data from clients, their families, and other relevant parties to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain organized and professional program files and documentation per the Washington Administrative Code (WAC), ensuring compliance with all guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate with clients to create and implement crisis and treatment plans, emphasizing their individual strengths and needs.
• Consult with psychiatric providers, advanced registered nurse practitioners (ARNPs), and professionals from various disciplines to coordinate care for clients.
• Provide appropriate referrals for clients requiring services beyond the scope of your practice, ensuring they receive holistic support.

You will be working with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges, couples seeking relationship guidance, and families navigating complex dynamics. Given the emphasis on community outreach, your work will extend to various settings, allowing you to positively impact the lives of those in the Battle Ground area and beyond.

• A valid full license from the Washington State Department of Health at the time of hire.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy is required.
• Residency in Washington State at the time of application.
• At least three years of relevant experience in the mental health field.

• Experience in integrated healthcare settings that incorporate primary care services.
• Specialized training or experience in treating adolescents with substance use disorders.
• Background in family therapy, particularly with families affected by a loved one's substance use disorder.
• Experience handling trauma and crisis situations.
• Minimum of one year of focused experience in substance use disorder treatment within the last five years is highly desirable.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
