This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the US. Preference will be given to candidates who can work in CST timezone.

Salary:

70K - 85K

What your impact will be:

• Investigate and solve complex customer and production issues that require both technical expertise and curiosity.
• Work across the full lifecycle of our products, from diagnosing issues to designing and implementing long-term solutions.
• Contribute to the modernization of established software products into a modern architecture built with Angular and Java.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, QA, and Engineering teams to improve customer outcomes.
• Analyze existing systems to understand business logic, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape future solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute ideas that improve scalability, maintainability, and user experience.
• Build relationships with customers and become a trusted technical resource for solving business-critical challenges.

What we are looking for:

• Experience developing software in Delphi or similar strongly typed languages.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• A genuine curiosity about how systems work.
• Interest in both maintaining and improving existing applications while helping build modern solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and stakeholders.
• Experience working with databases and SQL.
• Desire to learn new technologies and contribute across multiple areas of the product.

What would make you stand out:

• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, or modern front-end development.
• Experience with Java or backend services.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience supporting production applications.
• Exposure to billing, financial, utility, or enterprise software systems.
