JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Rosa lab (https://plantpath.psu.edu/directory/czr2) in the Department of Plant Pathology and Environmental Microbiology at The Pennsylvania State University seeks to hire part-time research assistants to support a collaboration between the Rosa Lab and USDA FS to assist with analysis and synthesis of findings of several years of biometric and plot level data for publication in peer-reviewed journals. Candidates should have a strong background in statistics and data analysis and should have strong communications skills. Furthermore, the candidates should have proven experience in experimental design, implementation, and execution of field experiments related to forest ecological research. The candidates should have a degree in evolution, ecology, organismal biology or in related fields.
