Job description

With years of functional and technical experience in all phases of Workday's deployment life cycle, we can determine the most efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies. We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases.

Intecrowd is looking for a self-starter to lead all aspects of the Adaptive Planning deployment for multiple clients and projects. As a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant, you will ensure successful deployments by architecting, configuring, and testing the Adaptive Planning solution to meet the specific needs of the client. Foster the development of other Consultants by sharing expertise. May support proposal preparations, deliver demonstrations to clients, and speak at conference.

This remote role can be located anywhere within the U.S. to perform the required responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning for Finance
  • Analyzing financial models and reports (spreadsheet/non-spreadsheet-based models) and translating those models into Adaptive Planning
  • Provide technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc.) for the Adaptive suite of products.
  • Experience with Workday Data Management including WDM setup, user sync, plan
    publishing, create position and PCM (Planning Configuration Manager)
  • Maintain proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite.
  • Participate in Adaptive Planning sales opportunities and scoping
  • Develop and enhance the existing Adaptive Planning product offering at Intecrowd
  • Grow the Adaptive Planning department at Intecrowd

Required Skills/Experience

  • Must hold current Workday Partner certification in Adaptive Planning
  • Certification in both Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience working with Adaptive Planning
  • 5+ end to end deployments of Adaptive Planning
  • Strong financial and/or management accounting background
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Expected travel is +/-20% depending on project
