This position is entirely remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to create their own schedules while working collaboratively with a multifaceted team. You will be engaging in individual, family, and group therapy services, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits each week while ensuring consistent and compassionate care.
• Document ongoing diagnostic assessments, treatment plan reviews, and update case notes to comply with organizational standards.
• Engage creatively with clients to implement interventions that help them achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate collaboration with case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

You will be working with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your role will be vital in helping these clients navigate their struggles while promoting healing and growth within their relationships and individual lives.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Strong foundational knowledge of family therapy services and community resources is essential.
• Proficiency in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes effectively.
• Experience working with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to establish and maintain healthy professional boundaries with clients.
• Experience with a diverse client population and an understanding of cultural sensitivities.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
