Work Environment

This remote position allows clinicians to effectively balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments, offering flexibility in scheduling that aligns with individual client needs. Our team uses advanced telehealth technologies to provide effective therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for all clients, regardless of their location. The full-time schedule operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and emphasizes a supportive, transparent, and tight-knit team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at improving their well-being.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring the delivery of high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Utilize creativity and evidence-based interventions to empower clients in achieving and surpassing their therapeutic goals.
  • Document ongoing treatment progress with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to company policies for case notes, treatment plan reviews, and further diagnostics.
  • Foster relationships and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical professionals, school personnel, and family members, to ensure integrated care for clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing the values and mission of Phoebe Putney Health Solutions in every client interaction.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Therapists will address a variety of mental health concerns, focusing on improving emotional resilience, behavioral issues, relationship dynamics, and trauma recovery. Your expertise will play a crucial role in bridging gaps in community health services and ensuring that vulnerable populations receive the necessary support.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
  • Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and document treatment progress.
  • Ability to establish and maintain healthy boundaries while building trusting relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in mental health documentation and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits
