Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to establish accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Document client progress diligently, including diagnosis updates, treatment plans, and case notes, in line with company policy.

• Utilize creative methodologies in your therapeutic approach, enabling clients to achieve and surpass their goals.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, families, and other healthcare personnel to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a supportive environment for clients as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LMFT at Phoebe Putney Health Solutions will engage with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our goal is to provide culturally competent care that respects and honors individual experiences and challenges. By actively listening and building rapport, you will help support clients on their paths to recovery and personal development.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current and active state licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly and empathetically.

• Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Experience working with a diverse client population and the capacity to be culturally sensitive.

• Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of family therapy concepts and community resources that can enhance client support.

• Demonstrated experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes effectively.

• Experience providing therapy to a wide spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.

• Comfort and familiarity with fee collection processes at the time of service.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
