With our Identity Defined Security platform, we're building a borderless world where people-and now intelligent systems and AI agents-have the freedom to work wherever and however they want. Without friction. Without fear.

We call this digital freedom. And as AI reshapes enterprise software, customer engagement, and workforce productivity, identity becomes even more critical. AI systems require secure access, verified data, trusted interactions, and governed autonomy. Ping Identity sits at the center of that transformation.

Ping aspires to deliver the most comprehensive identity security platform by bringing the best AI, security, and infrastructure providers into our ecosystem. As a Technology Alliance Manager - AI Partnerships, you will lead and expand Ping's AI-focused technology alliances, driving co-innovation, co-market, and co-sell initiatives that position Ping as the identity foundation for AI-powered enterprises.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to drive joint go-to-market initiatives including solution briefs, field enablement, campaigns, and co-selling motions.
  • Develop compelling AI-powered identity use cases that resonate with enterprise buyers.

  • Facilitate executive-level collaboration between Ping and partner leadership.
  • Own strategic initiatives, delivering measurable outcomes and reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders.
