Job description

About the role
Division 50 is a B2B lead generation and marketing agency. We sell our own services - outbound SDR programmes, appointment-setting, paid ads, SEO, and social media management - and we also run outsourced sales teams for clients across many different industries who hire us to handle their sales development.
We're hiring a Head of Sales to lead the whole sales function. You'll manage two things at once: our own reps who sell Division 50's services, and the SDR pods working on outsourced client accounts - the cold-calling teams booking qualified meetings on behalf of the companies who outsource their sales to us. You set the targets, build the playbooks, run the forecast, and stay close enough to the phones and the deals to coach in real time. This is a player-coach seat: you'll still personally close strategic deals.
The role is fully remote. We work across the US and UK markets, so you'll lead reps and pods operating in both.
What you'll do
  • Lead and develop Division 50's own full-cycle reps who sell our lead generation and marketing services
  • Manage the SDR pods running cold-calling and appointment-setting on outsourced client accounts, across many different industries
  • Set quotas, booked-meeting targets, and revenue goals for both our own pipeline and each client account, and hold the team to them
  • Build the sales playbooks, call frameworks, objection handling, and scripts reps and SDRs use - and rebuild them per client product as new accounts onboard
  • Own the forecast: pipeline reviews, conversion-rate tracking, and weekly reporting on both our own deals and per-client meeting volume
  • Ramp new reps and SDRs fast so they can sell or set on unfamiliar client products and industries
  • Run call reviews and 1:1 coaching to lift connect rates, qualification quality, and close rates
  • Personally close complex strategic deals for Division 50's own services
  • Partner with delivery and account teams so booked meetings and closed deals translate into client results and retention
What we're looking for
  • A track record building and leading B2B sales teams as a player-coach - you've managed reps and still closed deals yourself
  • Experience selling, or managing teams that sell, lead generation services (outbound SDR, appointment-setting)
  • Experience selling, or managing teams that sell, marketing services - paid ads, SEO, social media management
  • Experience managing reps or SDR pods across multiple, distinct client accounts - agency or outsourced sales, not a single in-house product
  • A history of scaling team performance and hitting revenue and booked-meeting targets
  • Real US and/or UK market experience - you know how buyers and reps operate in those markets
  • Strong at building playbooks, forecasts, and coaching cadences from scratch
  • Comfortable with a smaller base + high uncapped commission
Nice to have
  • Experience standing up or scaling an outsourced/agency sales function from the early stage
  • Hands-on with dialers, CRMs, and sales-engagement tooling - and able to teach reps to use them
  • Experience hiring and onboarding SDRs across multiple time zones
  • Exposure to both US and UK markets at once
About us & how to apply
Division 50 is a B2B lead generation and marketing agency. We sell our own outbound, appointment-setting, paid ads, SEO, and social media services, and we run outsourced sales teams for clients across many industries. If you've led B2B sales teams selling lead-gen and marketing - and managed reps across multiple or outsourced client accounts - apply and tell us what you've built.
