Job description

This role is fully remote and requires up to 90% travel.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Define work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in Distribution Centers (DCs) across the United States
  • Trend analysis of DCs performance, efficiency, & capacity
  • Review, refine, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Lead training for warehouse staff explaining engineered labor standards (ELS)
  • Project management of strategic projects including layout optimization, slotting/pick paths, racking configurations
  • Support/coordinate warehouse management system (WMS) configuration. Ability to translate operational requirements into WMS config/solutions
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
