On Point Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team. This full-time role is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on the mental health of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a valid LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license and have a minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other methodologies that support client growth.
  • Document client sessions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in regular supervision and collaboration with peers to enhance therapeutic techniques and share knowledge.
  • Remain current with mental health trends and best practices to provide the highest quality care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at On Point, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You'll leverage your clinical expertise to guide them through their healing journey, using individualized approaches that resonate with each client's unique experience.

Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

  • Demonstrated experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults, with at least two years of experience strongly preferred.

  • A pristine disciplinary record with no actions taken by a licensing board in any jurisdiction.
Preferred Experience

  • Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings, with proficiency in using digital platforms for client interaction.
