On Point Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to formulate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other methodologies that support client growth.
  • Document client sessions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in regular supervision and collaboration with peers to enhance therapeutic techniques and share knowledge.
  • Remain current with mental health trends and best practices to provide the highest quality care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at On Point, you will primarily work with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications
