Brightest Healing Psychotherapy is seeking a committed and compassionate part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to understand their unique challenges and needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's situation.
• Facilitating therapy sessions that encourage open dialogue, effective communication, and problem-solving among clients.
• Utilizing a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy to guide sessions effectively.
• Documenting client progress meticulously in compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines, using digital health records to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals for comprehensive client support, including referrals to additional resources as needed.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and family dynamics. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care, acknowledging and respecting each client’s background and experiences. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
• Strong foundation in therapeutic modalities, with an ability to adapt techniques based on client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective connections with clients and team members.
• A commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development in the field of mental health.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly desirable:

• Previous experience working remotely in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.
• Experience working with a variety of therapeutic populations and issues, particularly in family therapy.
