• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy utilizing a culturally responsive, strengths-based framework tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
• Deliver targeted case management services and referrals, demonstrating a solid understanding of social systems and community resources.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation, adhering to clinical standards, ethical guidelines, and state licensing requirements.
• Participate in weekly clinical meetings, engage in peer consultation, and partake in professional training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Nevada or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of hire.

• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills with a background in documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
