Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, employing a variety of diagnostic tools to understand their conditions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services individually, as well as in group and family formats, addressing an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with other health care providers, including case managers and psychiatrists, ensuring all aspects of a client’s well-being are considered and coordinated properly.
  • Offer crisis intervention strategies when clients encounter acute mental health crises, utilizing your skills to provide immediate support and intervention in emergencies.
