Soul Restoration, Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position. In this vital role, you will provide essential therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise will be critical in guiding clients towards their personal goals and emotional well-being.

Work Environment

This position allows for the flexibility of remote work, ideal for professionals looking to manage their work-life balance while still making a significant impact. Our remote setting leverages technology to facilitate online therapy sessions, ensuring that team members and clients connect efficiently and effectively. Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you'll engage with clients without the constraints of a physical office, allowing for comfort and focus in delivering care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client backgrounds, history, and specific mental health needs.
  • Develop individual treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s unique circumstances, ensuring best practice methodologies are applied.
  • Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain a detailed record of client progress and treatment outcomes while adhering to all ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.
  • Actively participate in clinical supervision and training programs, ensuring continual professional development and adaptation to the latest therapeutic approaches.
  • Engage in collaborative sessions with other health professionals within the clinic to contribute to a comprehensive treatment strategy for clients.
  • Regularly revisit and revise treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
  • Stay current with research and advancements in marriage and family therapy methodologies to enhance therapeutic practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. Your role will focus on empowering these individuals to reclaim their well-being and navigate through difficult times, providing them with the tools they need to achieve positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current independent licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
  • A minimum of two years of direct therapeutic experience, preferably in a community health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in providing virtual therapy services.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with online therapy platforms and tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with a diverse demographic and a wider range of mental health issues.
  • Skilled in crisis intervention and handling high-stress situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • History of participation in training and professional collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
Compensation and Benefits
