Job description

Bring your production design expertise to a fast-paced AI project where great design meets emerging technology.
RUN Studios and our client partner, a large tech company headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an enthusiastic Production Designer to support asset creation for an AI display product.
This project is expected to run for 3 weeks during August - November. You must be based in the Seattle area and be available to work on site to be considered.
As a Production Designer, You Will
  • Work with digital, style guides, photo, and illustration.
  • Design strongly branded promotional graphics.
  • Optimize digital images for web.
  • Develop clean and effective graphic templates and style guides.
  • Work with the Art Directors to develop assets.

In This Role, You Bring
  • 3-year minimum experience in a web production environment.
  • BA/BS in Design or equivalent.
  • Strong experience with layout design, guidelines and mechanicals.
  • Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing for the web and web based devices.
  • A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions.
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • Great compositional and typographical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Photo Knowledge with InDesign.
  • Strong experience and knowledge with Figma.
  • Experience working with a design style guide or branding guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully defend your design decisions.
  • Knowledge of information architecture, usability, and UI Design.

Compensation
Pay Range: $70.00 - $80.00 (Hourly)
The successful candidate's pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
Benefits:
Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
