The Opportunity

This role sits at the center of how our brands show up to the world. As a NuOrder Coordinator, you'll help bring seasonal assortments to life on the NuORDER B2B platformensuring product information, imagery, and availability are accurate, compelling, and ready when our wholesale and DTC partners need them.

You'll collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Design, Production, Photo Studio, and IT to turn ideas into polished digital line presentations. From pre?season launches through the full product lifecycle, your work directly supports how our partners experience and buy our brands. You'll also play an important role in supporting new account onboarding, helping set teams up for smooth, successful launches.

This role reports to the Supervisor, Wholesale and Vendor Compliance and does not have direct reports.

What You'll Be Doing

Owning the NuORDER Platform

  • Oversee the NuORDER platform, including product line lists and available?to?sell inventory
  • Ensure assortments are presented accurately and consistently throughout each season
  • Maintain data integrity as products move from concept through lifecycle completion

Partnering Across Teams

  • Work closely with Sales to manage timelines for pre?season launches aligned to market needs
  • Collaborate with Design, Production, Sales, and Photo Studio to ensure product assortments, LOT imagery, and videos are ready for line reviews and management meetings
  • Partner with Production after line finalization to confirm assortment accuracy

Managing Product Imagery & Assets

  • Track and update Photo Studio Google Docs for imagery due dates, NRF changes, product drops, and additions
  • Load finalized high?resolution PDP imagery by colorway into NuORDER
  • Remove LOT imagery as final assets become available

Supporting Global & Custom Accounts

  • Manage international accounts in NuORDER by coordinating product line lists, pricing, and imagery for seasonal buy rounds
  • Assist Sales with creating customized account?specific line lists

Improving Onboarding & Operations

  • Support the Supervisor with onboarding new wholesale brands, including vendor setup, EDI and UPC execution, chargebacks, and process improvements
  • Assist in launching and maintaining operational tools that improve communication and efficiency during the account onboarding process

What You'll Need

Core Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow?through

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of corporate retail experience or similar

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Comparable corporate work experience considered

  • Prior NuORDER experience is valued but not necessarywe're happy to teach the platform
