Our PurposeInspired Home Health is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized in-home health care, ensuring the health, comfort, and independence of our clients in the comfort of their own homes.Role SummaryAs an RN Home Health, you will deliver skilled nursing services in patients’ homes, supporting safe recovery, stability, and ongoing wellness. This role exists to ensure timely clinical assessment, coordinated care planning, and clear communication across the care team.Key responsibilities include completing OASIS/clinical assessments, developing and updating individualized plans of care, administering medications and treatments per orders, providing wound care and patient/caregiver education, coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary partners, and completing accurate, compliant documentation within required timelines.Required qualifications/skills:- Current Arizona RN license; active BLS- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and care-coordination skills- Home health documentation competence (OASIS preferred)- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation- Professional communication and patient-centered approachIf you are ready to apply your nursing skills in a structured home-based setting, we encourage you to apply today.How Your Day FlowsYour weekday schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a planned route of in-home visits in and around Maricopa County. Throughout the day, you’ll connect by phone with providers and teammates to confirm orders, clarify changes, and keep care aligned.
