Position Overview:

Pure Lab Vitamins is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional to represent our products throughout Southwest Ontario through a fully remote outside sales model. As a SW Ontario Sales Broker (Independent Contractor), you will be responsible for developing new retail and professional accounts, growing existing customer relationships, and expanding Pure Lab's presence within independent health food stores, pharmacies, and healthcare practitioners in the defined territory.

Working primarily in the field, you will provide account support, product education, promotional planning, and business development initiatives that drive sales growth and customer success.

This is an independent contractor (broker) opportunity, not an employee position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with independent health food retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare practitioners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through in person regular visits, phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, product questions, and business needs promptly and professionally.
  • Support customers with promotional planning, product recommendations, and merchandising opportunities.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and identify opportunities for increased engagement.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within territory
  • Possible attendance at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as mutually agreed upon.
Professional Channel Development
  • Develop and grow relationships within healthcare practitioners, including naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, nutritionists, pharmacists, and wellness clinics.
  • Promote practitioner-focused products, educational resources, and programs.
  • Build long-term partnerships that support patient outcomes and practice growth.
Administrative & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking within CRM systems.
  • Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular territory updates.
  • Participate in periodic product training, sales meetings, and business development discussions to stay current on product launches, promotions, and company initiatives.

Requirements

QualificationsRequired
  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience within the natural health products, supplement, pharmacy, or healthcare industry.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and natural products.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle with the ability to travel throughout Southwest Ontario.
  • Existing portfolio of complementary product lines is considered an asset
Preferred
  • Knowledge of independent retail environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare practitioners, including naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, nutritionists, and wellness clinics.
  • Experience managing a territory or national account portfolio.
  • Existing relationships within the Canadian natural health products industry, including independent retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare practitioners.

Benefits

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with unlimited earning potential based on monthly sales performance. Compensation is based entirely on commissions earned from sales within the assigned territory.

The successful candidate will operate their own business and will be responsible for managing their own schedule, expenses, taxes, and benefits. This role is ideally suited to an established sales professional who currently represents complementary product lines and is looking to add a premium Canadian supplement brand to their portfolio.

Candidates are welcome to represent other non-competing brands and manufacturers while working with Pure Lab Vitamins.

*If attendance at industry conferences, trade shows, or other events is required, Pure Lab Vitamins will negotiate a one-time payment for such participation.
