Customer Care Representative (Remote)

Location: Texas (excluding Houston), Arizona, or Colorado

Employment Type: Contract | Full-Time | Remote

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Representative is a key player in delivering exceptional service across multiple channels. This role requires empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively listen to customer concerns with empathy and patience
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions using available tools
  • Build trust through kind, responsive, and helpful interactions
  • Support customers via phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Assist with package tracking, returns, refunds, product info, and warranties
  • Guide customers through website navigation and product selection

Training Requirements:
  • Day 1 (Friday): Paid orientation (2 hours)
  • Weeks 1–3: Full-time training, Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST

Attendance is mandatory for all training sessions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
