About the Role

We are hiring a Workato Integration Lead on a contract basis to design, build, and own enterprise-grade integrations across our business systems. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Atlanta.

What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and maintain Workato recipes connecting SaaS, ERP, CRM, and internal systems
  • Lead end-to-end integration architecture for complex, multi-system workflows
  • Own API integrations (REST/SOAP), authentication (OAuth2), and error-handling/retry strategies
  • Partner with business and engineering stakeholders to scope integration requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues, and implement monitoring/alerting
  • Document integration architecture and establish best practices for the Workato platform
What We're Looking For
  • Proven hands-on experience leading Workato integration projects at scale
  • Strong background in API design, authentication protocols, and integration error handling
  • Experience integrating common enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Slack, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across distributed, remote teams
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
