Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify clientsโ€™ specific mental health needs and develop appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide integrated and holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal framework, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending relevant workshops, and remaining informed about current research and best practices in the mental health field.
