• Provide telehealth mental health counseling to clients, ensuring a supportive and empathetic environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods and maintain detailed clinical documentation to track client progress.
• Monitor client treatment outcomes, making necessary adjustments to care plans as required.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to individuals.
• Engage in single-session therapy or brief multi-session models of care based on client needs.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your commitment to providing compassionate care will help these individuals navigate their mental health journeys. As a therapist, you will play a crucial role in increasing their overall health and well-being, ensuring they have access to the resources and support they need.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling capacity.
• Current licensure as a mental health provider (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) is required to operate independently.
• Proficient with telehealth technology, ensuring a reliable internet connection to conduct sessions.
• Strong management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while delivering quality care.
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements in mental health practice.

While not mandatory, additional qualifications such as a Master’s degree in a related field or specialized training in brief therapy models will be advantageous. Experience with electronic health records or teletherapy platforms is a plus, as it will streamline your interactions with clients and the care team.
