Affordable Movers is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Resolution Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting customers with concerns, service issues, billing questions, and claims-related matters while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Position Overview:
The Customer Resolution Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers who require assistance after their move. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, remains calm under pressure, and is skilled at resolving issues professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, text, and email.
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
  • Review service-related issues and determine appropriate next steps.
  • Process billing adjustments, credits, and approved customer accommodations.
