- Monitor client progress and therapeutic outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers—to devise cohesive intervention strategies.
- Regularly follow up with clients who may require hospitalization, ensuring their transitions are smooth and supported.

Your clients will vary widely, encompassing individuals coping with stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, and other mental health issues. Qualifications- A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
- A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Exam (NCMHCE).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and convey client information.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to empathize and connect with clients.
- Previous experience working in a mental health counseling capacity, particularly in a telehealth setting.
