What will you bring:
  • Work independently remotely and travel on-site to suppliers to ensure quality standards are being met (90% Travel anticipated, will be reimbursed for travel expenses per Company guidelines)
  • Conduct supplier audits/assessments for identification of non-compliance areas and documenting RCCA items.
  • Coordination with suppliers to monitor and support RCCA improvement plans identified and completed to RAIL agenda.
  • Develop supplier recovery plans to increase Supplier Quality score and reduce Supplier Quality Corrective actions
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products, components, and materials to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track quality performance and identify areas for improvement.

How will you get here:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in assessments and audits in the aerospace or automotive and/or other related industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as MS Office skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements: This role is considered a remote position for the customer location in Phoenix, AZ.
  • You must be willing to travel to the customer site as needed.

Travel Requirements: Due to nature of work, 90% travel will be required
