The Regional Sales Director, HIV Treatment LAI, Southeast will lead a regional commercial sales team, in the treatmentinjectable space, focused on improving patient access and care across the Southeast region. You will hire, coach, and inspire your team while working closely with colleagues in medical, market access, marketing, and operations. We value leaders who are strategic, data-driven, collaborative, and caring. This role offers clear opportunities to grow your leadership skills, deliver measurable impact, and help GSK unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.


This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team to meet growth and access goals.

  • Translate regional strategy into clear local plans with measurable objectives and priorities.

  • Build and maintain strong external relationships with health systems, clinics, specialty pharmacies, and other key customers.

  • Collaborate with internal partners in medical, market access, marketing, and operations to align regional execution.

  • Use data and local insights to adapt tactics, drive performance, and report outcomes.

  • Ensure compliant, ethical execution of all activities and manage regional risk.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Bachelor's degree & 9 years of pharmaceutical OR specialty sales experience, including 6 years of frontline management experience leading field-based teams

  • Experience creating and executing strategic business plans

  • Experience with recruiting, coaching, and developing sales talent

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related field.

  • Experience leading specialty teams in complex care settings or with buy-and-bill models.

  • Track record of building strong payer, health system, or specialty pharmacy relationships.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
