• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' presenting issues, personal history, and therapeutic objectives.
• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy based on clients’ needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to establish and tailor their personalized treatment plans, setting achievable goals and monitoring their progress throughout therapy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations within the social work field.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about best practices in the field of clinical social work and therapy.
• Build and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering an atmosphere of empathy, trust, and support.

This role primarily serves adolescents and young adults in a school setting, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, relationship dynamics, and personal development challenges. You will collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and external resources, ensuring a comprehensive support system for each student. Your work will significantly contribute to fostering students' academic success and social-emotional development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments, form treatment plans, and implement effective interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to relate to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate client needs and tailor appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a social work environment, ideally within a private practice or educational setting.
• Proficiency in digital therapy platforms and telehealth technologies.
