Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ presenting issues, personal history, and therapeutic goals, ensuring a comprehensive framework for treatment.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy, ensuring that the approach is tailored to each client's unique context.
  • Develop and implement detailed treatment plans in collaboration with clients, regularly reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Ensure client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards, regulatory mandates, and best practices in mental health care.
  • Participate actively in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and networking, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care.
  • Build strong therapeutic alliances with clients based on trust and mutual respect, fostering a safe space for healing and transformation.
  • Provide practical support and strategies to clients facing life challenges, helping them navigate through difficult experiences effectively.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele representing various backgrounds, ages, and mental health concerns. Whether addressing anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, or personal development goals, your work will be integral to enhancing our clients' quality of life through evidence-based practices and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.
  • Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Exceptional clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and the application of therapeutic interventions.
  • Adept communication skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and interpersonal relations.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience working in a clinical setting, with a preference for candidates who have been part of a private practice.
  • Experience in therapy involving diverse populations and a variety of clinical issues.
  • Previous use of telehealth services is a plus, although not mandatory.
