In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake several key responsibilities that are vital to the therapeutic process:

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or PsyD.
• Independent licensure that permits practice without supervision, ensuring you can effectively support clients autonomously.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license to maintain the integrity and trust in client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with computer literacy, to navigate telehealth tools effectively.
• A reliable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate smooth video counseling sessions.

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your candidacy:

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing client-focused treatment plans.
• An understanding of community resources and referral networks.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, based on the number of hours worked and experience level. Additional benefits include:
