Insurance Sales Producer —Brightway, Miami Lakes |P&C Licensed | Remote
About the Opportunity
This fully remote opportunity is with a Brightway-affiliated agency serving the Miami Lakes, FL market. We're looking for a licensed producer who can sell effectively without an office around them — you'll still have full access to Brightway's carrier network and agency support.
What You'll Handle
- Sell personal lines coverage (auto, home, life) to new and existing clients
- Match customers with the right coverage through a consultative approach
- Work inbound leads provided by the agency through to close
- Own your monthly sales targets in a remote, performance-based setup
What We Need
- Active P&C insurance license
- 1–3 years in insurance or sales preferred
