Compensation: Commission based (Weekly Pay)

About the Role

We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing remote team as Client Benefits Representatives. No prior insurance experience is required. we provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.

In this role, you'll meet with clients virtually, educate them on available benefit options, answer questions, and help them select coverage that fits their needs. If you enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and are ready to build a rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through virtual appointments.
  • Educate clients on available life and supplemental insurance benefits.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Follow up with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable using a computer and video conferencing.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining coachable.
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
