Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, setting achievable goals and clear intervention strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate strong crisis intervention skills, which may involve conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans for at-risk clients.
• Facilitate psychoeducation and support groups, helping clients understand their issues and potential coping mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in regular clinical meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a mandatory requirement.

Preferred Experience
