Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide face-to-face counseling sessions, both individual and group, ensuring adherence to the evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and relaxation training.
  • Develop and deliver crisis intervention strategies, addressing immediate and acute needs in triage settings.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular meetings that include case consultations with medical staff to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.
  • Facilitate outreach programs and wellness initiatives that promote mental health awareness and community engagement, working towards reducing stigma and improving access to care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be working primarily with individuals facing challenges related to mental health and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
