Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling tailored to each client’s individualized treatment plan, ensuring a compassionate and evidence-based approach.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and case management services, addressing clients' varied needs and making appropriate referrals to other resources as necessary.
  • Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and relaxation techniques, to effectively engage with clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams through regular meetings—such as case consultations and coordination sessions—ensuring holistic care for all patients.
  • Design and implement outreach initiatives targeting community wellness, enhancing access to behavioral health resources and services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW, you will engage with a diverse client population—ranging from individuals facing acute mental health crises to those requiring ongoing support for chronic behavioral challenges. The focus of your clinical work will be on understanding and addressing trauma through a lens of social justice and equity, helping individuals and groups navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • An active license to practice social work in Pennsylvania.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in the behavioral health field, with a demonstrated ability to deliver person-centered care.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience employing trauma-informed care practices and integrating social justice frameworks into treatment approaches.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other relevant software used in clinical settings.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various case assignments effectively.
