Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans integrating solution-based therapies specifically for trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and group therapy sessions, aimed at fostering recovery and resilience.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with a multitalented treatment team to ensure comprehensive care, participating in regular meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Stay current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field of clinical social work, particularly in addiction recovery and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our organization, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, along with co-occurring mental health issues. Our diverse client population includes those from various backgrounds and life experiences, providing you with the opportunity to utilize culturally competent practices tailored to meet unique client needs.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience
